Do I need experience to start?
Not at all! I welcome students of all levels, from complete beginners to experienced practitioners. Each session is tailored to meet you where you are.
What should I bring to a session?
For in-person sessions, bring comfortable clothing, a yoga mat if you have one (I can provide one), and water. For online sessions, just your mat and a quiet space.
What's your cancellation policy?
I ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. This allows me to offer the time slot to another student. Late cancellations may be charged.
Do you offer package deals?
Yes! I offer discounted packages for multiple private sessions. Contact me to discuss options that work best for your goals and budget.
